  1. What are the terms and conditions of purchase?

  1. How do shipping and delivery work?

      Do you ship throughout Mexico? Yes, we ship throughout Mexico. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and depend on the delivery location.

      How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery can take between 3 and 7 business days.

      How can I track my order? We will send a tracking number to your email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through our associated courier service.

      Can I change my address after placing my order? If you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately after placing your order so we can help you make the change before the shipment is processed.

  1. Can I make exchanges or returns?

      We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the products are in their original, unused condition, with intact tags and original packaging. We also offer the possibility of issuing a "Gift Card" for the total amount of the purchase valid for the next 3 months.

  1. Is it safe to make online purchases in your store?

      Yes, your security is our priority. We use a secure payment system that encrypts all your credit or debit card data. Furthermore, we do not store your financial data in our system.

      If the product you want is out of stock, we recommend contacting us directly to see if we can help you get it. We have continuous replenishment and may have more units available soon.

  1. Can I buy online and pick up in store?

      Yes, we offer the "In-store pickup" option so you can make your purchase online and pick it up at our physical store at no additional cost.

      We accept payments with credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely.
